I don't see how that could work.. When defusing the bomb there is noise of the case being opened and then beeping noises from the buttons. Either this has been setup or the dude who set the bomb is incredible deaf.

my mistake.. There is no beeping noises but there is the noise of the case being opened.. Can other players not hear that noise?? I would think the noise of the case opening would alert anyone nearby.
