Just to let you know you can upgrade the YouTube video you're watching at any time by just adding "&fmt=18" to the end of the URL, it won't work with all of them, that depends on the quality that was uploaded to YouTube in the first place. YouTube is upgrading their system and it's not just the Video that gets better, the Audio does too.
Also, go to your Channel... Account...click.... Account/Video Playback Quality/I have a fast connection. Always play higher-quality video when it's available.
