actually the youtube company has a ton of employees who review videos on a daily basis with a set standard of what does and what does not violate policy of any kind. if your video was pulled then it was pulled for a reason. and yeah sometimes videos are pulled by mistake, human error is prevalent in all people, youtube staff is not exempt from that.if a video is flagged enough it's then reviewed and if it isn't above that standard in the view of the employee revirewing it, it gets pulled.
