Yes, the engine is too old though I wouldn't recommend it. It's just here to archive some past work.

Yes, it's a 3D engine. You can make anything from games to simulations. Check my other videos for better browser-based engines.

Not long at all, the workflow for creating this kind of content has been streamlined through the use of sketchup and its various plugins. I'll write an entry about it in the near future.
