  • Amazing video...just amazing

  • that was terrible to go through, i know, live in PSL

  • Hi!

  • VERY GOOD!

  • Know what the wind speed here is?

  • @kdawg7736 the max winds here were around 105 mph

  • do you have any footage from the eyewall of the storm at night?

  • I live in Tampa FL. Frances was the same year we got fucked up by four hurricanes and three T.Storms!!! I swear we didnt go to school for like a 1 1/2 months.

  • @gotPotentiaI 1 1/2 months. Thats about the same amount of time I was out of power because of those storms

  • this the first one i been in crazy day

  • should of been out in lackwood park

  • I survived FRANCES (Hutchinson Island) I am an Englishman from southern california.. Northridge Earthquake also. I once joked that trouble follows me. No wonder folks stay clear (lol)

  • Impressive. apparently this is what I will have to get use to.

  • I had to drive out in this madness to pick up a lunatic woman we knew b/c she was bound and determined to ride the storm out in her apartment... Never been so scared in my life!

  • Here in California, lived here my whole life so far, NEVER have I seen anything or been involved in anything like this. This is freaking crazy. And it got worse? Damn nature, YOU SCARY. Creepy thing just happened, as I watched this video the monthly emergency alert broadcast test came on TV. xD

  • @JulieNoWay I grew up in Southern California wait until you go through a earthquake !! I prefer the hurricanes more time to prepare

  • @JulieNoWay I've lived in Florida my whole life and I've been through this many times, I say that I'm a pro at going through hurricanes, it's pretty crazy, 2004 and 2005 were crazy years for hurricanes. And if you think this was bad look for Hurricane Charley, Hugo, Wilma, Katrina, or Andrew, those were really wild.

  • @Uzbach Wow, amazing... It's funny how people say, "Why would you still live there!" Every state isn't perfect, you can't get away from the natural disasters that create chaos in our world. Least you've gained plenty of experience. ;D

  • do you know of any official wind gusts recorded in the passage of frances, i cant find any, i do know that frances made landfall at the immediate coastline as a category 2, so is it probable that winds gusted to category 3 strength?

  • there's flood in Ft. Pierce Beach, Florida

while the Hurricane Frances is there ?

  • Nossa, terrivel !!!

  • this wasnt even when it was at its peak...not even close

  • @McQzer i live in psl

  • @McQzer i lie in psl

  • Frances O's me a Tree

  • hurricanes are probably my most guiltiest pleasure

  • @borisoncameron i felt the same way up until this hurricane in particular. with 3 and a half days of gray sky and rain and no electric for two weeks, the city in a state of emergency and most stores and restaurants closed for damage, i was pretty depressed. i don't want to go through that again, but it is exciting when you hear the howling wind and things crashing around in the streets :)

  • you should of seen the Piper plant and the post office after this....

  • Nice shots of the wind tunnel effect in the first minute or so right on the beach. I noticed one of the Sabal palms snapped right off, that takes some serious winds, unless it occured at a trunk constriction.

  • I whas there when they hapend daaamm vero beach fl

  • Nice to see vid,,, to feel the hole island shake with the pounding serf, not so nice.

  • Awesome video!!

  • I love your Hurricane Videos !

  • WOW!!! Absolutely incredible Frances footage, Mike! Those winds at the beginning of the clip are awesome!
