This is exactly what I am doing, trying to get ideas. I'm a bit shy and of course I am my worst critic, I dont have self confidence. I have so much more to learn, I don't do much of anime drawings anymore, I wouldn't mind doing it again.....

How do I put my video of my sketch book on your site?

@smithstar4 All you have to do is click the box where you would normally comment, and to the right of it, there's a link that pops up that says: Or Create a video responce. Click that and it will take you to the window where it shows a list of your videos. You have to upload it onto your channel prior to doing this, but if you did, click the video that is your sketch book, and Voila. And then once I approve it (this ensures that random videos don't get mixed in) it will pop up below. :3

@SanakoAkechi It's called the OC Meme Remix. It's on Deviantart by an artist who's DA name is Creamy423. Youtube is being derp and not allowing me to put a link. It's pretty easy to find, just pop "OC Meme Remix" in the search bar and it pops right up or you can go: Creamy423 . Deviantart . com and find it in their gallery.

@Nicro327 Eh. It's what I like. And truth be told, I'm really not that great at Furry art, I actually like drawing humans more, and then giving them tails, or ears. It just adds a little interest and in most cases makes people do a double take when I'm displaying my drawings in galleries. It's quite amusing when people come up to me and ask why do I draw people with animal ears, legs, tails, ect. and I just go "BECAUSE I CAN!!!" And run away.

@Nicro327 Actually, a furry is an animal with human characteristics. Such as walking on two legs, talking, human like eyes, ect. Good examples of this are Sonic the Hedgehog and Co., Fox (Star Fox), Tom and Jerry, and Bugs Bunny. My style is of more the "Nekomimi" or catgirl style. Where you have a human with animal features (ears, tail, etc) a good example is Felicia (Darkstalkers). I guess either way you slice it, you can still call it furry. Just one is more human and one more animal.

@RoaringFlameCat Thanks for complicating everything I just said. And just knowing the things you said makes you a furry and your drawing. Nothing more can be said, a furry is a furry as long as it has a tails and ears, everything else is just bullshit and surplus. Also, screaming at people saying "BECAUSE I CAN" is not the proper way to handle the situation. When multiple people ask you what you are doing you need to stop and ask yourself also, it's like watching a man put on make-up, wtf?

@Nicro327 No problem. It's what I do. And I'd rather say: because I can to people because then it leaves them in a vague stupor. It's quite amusing. And have you ever seen a man put on make-up? It's HALARIOUS! (look up Make-up Tutorial: Katniss Everdeen Look here on Youtube) And I just agreed with you. Furries are furries and it's what I like to draw, so if you don't like it, you don't have to look at it. Simple as that.

It's not that I don't want to show what I like doing but more like I don't really like sketching that much, I jump right away to the final drawing, I know what I have in my mind and that's the way I do my work. I am trying to get into sketching more. You can check my channel to see my website, I have few of my work there.

I might make a video about my art but just a thought for now.

well I personally don't like showing my sketchbook to just anybody, I don''t know just my thing but I believe my sketchbook as something personal, like nudity, you just don't want everyone looking at you in that state. Could be fun to let people know, but maybe I will in a time

@HIROZAWI Hm. Well that's interesting. I don't think I've ever met anyone who doesn't like to show off a sketch book. But then again I'm not in the most "artistic" community in the world. lol But hey, it's your sketchbook, and you can do with it as you like! :D I would love to see something if you're willing to show it. Even if it's not your sketchbook. I think it would be cool to see something you're proud of. :3 But if you don't wanna post anything no big. Thanks for commenting though! :D

that's a really good idea for printing out the pages, I always struggled with my computer and painting program but I might actually give the printing a try :D

this IS what a real sketchbook looks like, esp. the first few pages. Things half started, things that are not drawn with the intention of others seeing them - this is when you see the truth, when art is done un-selfconsciously.

@Dix994 True that yo. I love seeing the unfinished sketches in other people's books because it shows me that I'm not the only one that gets frustrated/distracted/uninspired... lol The unfinished sketches was actually what made me want to make this movie in the first place. :D

I just stumbled across this video, and it sounds like a really neat idea. =D I don't know if I can get a video up, but maybe it'll help me stick to a sketchbook and not draw on loose printer paper that I'll lose five minutes after I stop drawing.
