  • @StudyMonster he also has great fucking genetics. So any workout he really does will make him look like that, he probably doesn't even have to diet that much or do cardio to stay that ripped.

    This is how u should train, natural and nothing more, watch what u eat, watch what u drink and most of all watch your step when doing those squats.

That's his pre-warm up to get him ready for the warm-up, to get him ready for the pre-workout, to get him ready for the workout, followed by the post workout. And finishing with a 60 minute warm down running up hills and walk back down downwards on his hands with ankle weights.

  • @tpeezyist Depends how you work out. If you work your entire body like me then 3 days is a good measure. However some people prefore to separate muscles for different days. Example upperbody one day lower the next or different muscles for each different day of the week. The advantage of this is because you do it everyday you are burning fat everyday and its not building up from a rest day. The disadvantage is that many of the best exercises use multiple muscle groups and you cant do those.

  • @tpeezyist If your a beginner you can get away with working out a one day then rest schedule for a month or so. But once you get better at ripping your muscles i suggest the 3 day thing as a guideline. The most important part of a workout is proper rest so if your feeling sore one day and cant lift as much as usual don't workout it will only hurt you. And like i said the advantage of the 3 day is you can do any exercise you want (make sure to mix it up alot) and you just save time.

  • lol do realise the exercises that he is doing are all compound strength exercises. Not dumbbell triceps extentions and all that bullcrap. And he is still huge. He isn't just big and weak he also has strength as well. Its also not like 30 reps of biceps curls and shit he does strength exercises not like those steroid curl bunnies. Learn something from him.

  • I actually learned something watching this, I have my own set of weights and a Gym bike at home which I use everyday but I never really have a planned set of excercises with the weights that get me feeling the burn. The 24's are a great idea and it's got me thinking of other things similar. If I group other excercises in the same way then I can start a good workout like this, good video.

  • Apple, granola, yoghurt, salat and a chicken breast?? Gime a break. This guy needs at least 3,500 to break even, he definely eats a lot more!

  • My legs are too strong compared to my arms. I'd struggle with the upright rows, but the rest is too easy. I don't think I would find a weight to satisfy upper body and legs simultaneously. Arms would be like 90lbs while legs would be 150lbs.

  • @LandonDao well if your upper body is pushed a lot harder than your lower body then they should even out, but i'd still push the lower body with other exercises and maybe do upper body more often until you feel more well rounded

  • Gymming becomes an addiction, trust me. Working out is the best thing ive done. Its the cardio that scares people, but I run alot and I enjoy it now. Its such a great feeling knowing you just ran for an hour pretty easily!

  • @justin7560 lol no, it's not what he states but giving you an example of what his eating habits consist of. What he stated by itself cannot sustain his body, he needs to eat. Carbs are part of building & maintaining your body before, during, and after workouts. There's a lot of nutrition knowledge we have to learn, but never take what people say on face value. Knowledge is key as in everything else.
