@Wontbackdown666 what i did was spent ages at the armoury job getting cash, enough to buy a property, when you have enough buy and save & exit your game. turn the xbox off then on again and out the year on it forward to 2025, go back into your game and you will have 24 years worth of rent. after you go back into your game, buy more properties and save and exit. put the clock back on your xbox and go into your game, save & exit. then move the years forward again.

repeat the process and viola!

EASIER WAY TO GET 100% PURE. Buy lots of buildings, charge normal rent for them. Then start buying cheap houses, like the gypsy camp, and set them all to -20% or -25% depending on the option. You can still make thousands of gold, and you still get a ton of pure points.

Killing guards is a very fast way to get evil. I think its like thirty for every guard.

So steal something, resist arrest, then fight off all the guards. Eventually you'll leave town, and come back, then they'll give you the option again, and you can do community service or pay a fine. Community service is usually my choice.
