i have just listened to the english song "Rhythm is gonna get you" and its only the first part "Oye Oye" that has been copied and the rest of the tracks are different from each other. Infact, the english song doesn't stand anywhere close to the music of this one. The music in the Indian version is a refreshing one and fun. Moreover, its an African tribal music which follows oye oye so we can also say that the english version has copied them :D
