  • Andrew's is far more modified than 5THSIN!

  • Hello, i am having trouble distinguishing what type of blow off valve is on this Cordia? it sounds quite nice, any chance somebody knows what it is? Or know of one that sounds identical? cheers

  • Does anyoone know what rims there are under?

  • it even says in the vid, they are 18" Lenso Shu

  • i miss my cordias. Had 3 in total, 2 GSRs and 2 GSL's VZ

  • @speddie2 if you do your maths properly that adds up to 4 not 3 lol

  • すばらしい!

  • very nice cordia!! hope to get mine as nice as that one! ive heard the dash can produce up to 250kw but yea id take a vr4 b4 a dash

  • This car doesn't have 254KW at the wheels. It has to be a typo - there is no way you can produce that much power with a standard 16g turbo

  • with a big 16g turbo you could get 254kw quite easily mate

  • The Turbo is only rated at 380hp if the supporting mods are up to the task.

254Kw's at the wheels, add 20% drivetrain loss is around 305 flywheel KW's (or 410hp). It's very unlikely IMO that this car is making 410hp with that turbo.

  • possibly not this car but i have a car running 12psi with this turbo and am running 215fwkw., Cams/etc, its all about the supportiing engine mods

  • You mean you 'had' a car ;-)

Mate, I have all the supported mods with 272/272 cams and cam gears with a TD05 20G and it's only producing 227kw's @ 18psi. I am extremely doubtful that 5thsin is actually pumping out that much power. I want to see a dyno sheet!

  • at the time of the last post it was my car :) good power comes down to alot of things as you know, it helps to have good tune, fuel delivery, spark, good intake temps ,compression ratio's, good intake flow,a well tuned exhaust etc. etc etc i also doubt 5thsins figure of 254kw but i really dont doubt you could have that at the front wheels running that turbo.

  • The more power the better, 500HP at the front wheels for the win!!!!

  • theres no such thing a too much power :P

    luv the cordia

  • Im not attacking your engine im just saying its too much power for FWD.

  • A stock 4G63 had enough power for FWD so there was no need for a power upgrade.

  • He replaced the original motor as it blew up, not simply because he wanted more power. The possibilities with a VR4 engine compared to a a g63B Cordia engine are huge, especially since you can buy off the shelf engine parts for the 4G63T. I've got a g63b in mine and I'm happy with it, would swap it out for a 4G63T in a heartbeat if I had the cash though. Cheers for your comment.

  • I know why he replaced but i was saying he didnt need to upgrade the engine for more power.

  • To get 254kW at the wheels you do ;). A VR4 engine is alot more practical, simple as that.
