If your old toilet was what you described & a one-piece toilet, then it was probably a 1980s American Standard Lexington.

@MrBrombomb No the toilet was actually a two piece toilet. Have any ideas?
@VintageToiletsRock I don't know then. I'll have to give it some thought. My next guess would have been a Plebe, but that has a siphon jet.
