  • some very good points here ! This is also called mindfulness ! For me I have found that that becoming aware of my body, just noticing thoughts feelings emotions sensations, without judgment, has itself been a powerful way of becoming more self -aware.

  • That was so to the point. i agree 100% i talked about that in one of my talks called America slow down. I wanted to start doing talks and you just motivate me. Thank you always for what your doing may you always be blessed.

  • i recommend you guys to listen to the song and read the lyrics of both sides of a story by phil collins, it's closely related to this subject :)
