@armitagecake Based on the Music Mouse website it does only run on "Classic mac" so I think it will not work on a recent OS X. What you would need is an Atari emulator for your Mac. You may try ARAnyM but it will not be easy to configure (it is Linux based).
Alternatively, you may be interested the iKaossilator from Korg. It is for iPhone/iPod/iPad and does some of the thing Music Mouse does.
Thank you for making this demo of Music Mouse. It is wonderful to see it actually running in the STEEM Atari emulator. You showed what we mice it can do very well. Much appreciated! :-)

@jonmerel I might work with Hatari? I don't know how MIDI emulation is though. Hatari runs on PPC and Intel Mac. And there is a PC version
