@bubi745 It stands for Original Video Animation. You may find people using the term OAV; that is the same thing as an OVA. OAV (Original Animation Video) was the original name, but I believe some form of Japanese pornography had the same term, causing confusion and subsequently a name change ^_^

OVA/OAVs refer to anime that's been directly released to DVD. Generally, OVAs are of much higher quality, in all respects, than broadcast episodes.

This episode felt like an OVA. Understand? :)

@EggDevilKing94 Yep thats what Ive been saying like for 5 months ago the voice actor is also different if you have noticed but a reason why the anime is more childish is probably because of the age limit they wanted the anime to be 8+ and if they would have done it the ova style my quess would be a 16+ age limit.
