Can I just say, a good way to get up there is to take a gondola around the back of the building and you can get up from one of the windows!

Hey if you're on the PC and having issues, don't use the rings. You can grip the railing on the wall and move across to the post (under the post, not on it) and jump backwards to the lever from there. I was having issues too, but I got it the first time I tried this method.

Oh isnt taht GREAT? On a PC version, this place is impossible to pass. The part where you go left, you have to jump from the rings... SO if you press one direction, he rams the wall and falls in 2 santimeters from the stick, If you press D and S, he just flies and crashes.
