A very nice piece i live near Brands Hatch, i watched Francois many times when i was a young man, i now own a 1970s F2 car in the ELF colors. i have been told it was his old car, but i dont think it is, but i dont care. watching this brings back some great memorioes of this nice guy, thanks for this M.S

J'avais 15 ans quand François est mort, j'étais FAN de ce super pilote, beau gosse talentueux au possible, on y croyait au championnat du monde, et puis un virage au glen voiture 6, le 6 octobre, le chagrin, les larmes et presque 36 ans + tard rien oublié. Mon fils s'appelle François, a votre avis pourquoi ????

Comme vous, j'ai été très attristée par la mort de François, j'avais 12 ans lorsque l'accident s'est produit et ne pas oublier, c'est la raison de l'hommage à lui en fournir vídeo.Fico très heureux qu'ils aient beaucoup d'autres fans .... a raté beaucoup.

Et l'affection est manifestement nécessaire.

Thanks, thanks. I went through so many web-sites about Francois I feel as if I was right there. (I wish). He is glowing next to other drivers and I can't help but to wonder what would have happened in 1974. He definitely had a huge opportunity and means to become the world champion. I hope he is reading this and enjoying our discussions from the heavens.

You are very welcome! I totally agree with you - FC has as well been my idol since my teenage years. And he will definitely survive in our memories. Every year, on October 6th,... counting 35 now! - I do feel upset and heavy around my heart wishing it had not happened over there in Watking Glen. It still reminds me sort of Big Bang of Formula 1. Ilove this man he is my favourite driver of all time it makes me cry everytime I watch a tribute. What a wonderful man wish I could go back in time to change what happened. F1 was robbed of a champion and the world lost perfection.
