Here Glenn explains his "conversion" as something he found that "worked for him" (and his wife). This is not how a Christian comes to faith. The Holy Spirit doesn't lay out a table of religious brochures and say "take one and try it out." He didn't say "Glenn, would you like to be your own god over your own planet someday, does that work for you?" It's not about what works for us, it's about truth.
This raises the most important "religious" issue of our day, pluralism. Does it even matter anymore who Jesus was? Here we have a Rabbi, a Mormon, and an Evangelical, all who believe radically different things about Jesus, acting as if there are no differences, and no practical ramifications of those differences. Theology matters! If the NT is true, then Mormons and Jews are still in need of the real Christ. If the NT is just "another way" to God, then Glenn needs to add an Imam to the mix.
