roflmao ur not very smart are you? drug use is an addiction? no, continued drug use that interferes with everyday life is addiction. someone who smokes a joint once a year on their own time isnt exactly addicted. notice several extremely addictive drugs are quite legal. namely alcohol and tobacco (both more addictive then marijuana). tobacco use is even prevelent during work hours where their addiction may stop them from performing well in their job if they dont get their fix.

I totally agree that breaking the law is not the way to change the law so i guess im not an idiot. you obviously have to go through to legal recourse of repealling a law or it will never happen. people dont do drugs to change the laws they do it because they think the laws shouldnt be there and then some also fight to change the law at the same time. Yeah, this happened in Utah up Provo Canyon a few years ago. The venue was properly licenced with private security checking people at the gate and on private land with the permission of the landowner. The Sheriffs office took MAJOR heat for this on a national level.
