That's Dane vonBreichenruchardt. Dick Heller credits him with the strategy that allowed Heller to have legal standing, while other complainants from the original Parker v. D.C. case were dismissed from the suit because they lacked standing. Before getting into civil rights issues, Dane was a heart surgeon, and before that, he was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He's an impressive individual.
