@Scottthewolf Yeah. Factory AC was an option. You can buy aftermarket AC installs. As for the overheating; they are air-cooled so as long as you have the required gaskets and tins, you never have to worry about it overheating unless you're in the Mohave lol

Can someone tell me what causes the funny noise on the auto stick models when they start. I love the old Volkswagens. I've always wondered.

Really? You could get air conditioning on those cars and they wouldn't stall or overheat?

@racindeere65 It would have to be a 1975 or newer. /They didn't put fuel injection on the bugs till 1975.
