  • Kobe has good strength and good work ethic and no doubt one of the best players in the nba. Im not trying to start shit like kobe and lebron, But I dont think kobe is normal, He works out hard core but still aint getting big muscles like saltyfood said. He's average but has extreme strength which makes him kind of scary. Kind of like a snake. Small, but dangerous! BLACK MAMBA EXPLAINED

  • I agree with MrOB1988, but im pretty sure he still does bench press squats deadlifts, cleans and that kinda stuff but he prolly goes for 12-15 reps because hes looking to maintain his power that hes build up he doesnt wanna get any bigger...

    and these things hes doing here help stabilize his muscles

  • why do curls at all. having a big biceps is really worthless and counter productive for the most part. were s the leg works or ab work here. there way more important then anything else

  • There was abit of ab work during the shoulder presses on the gym ball. But obviously they're not going to show everything. Training bicpes is an important part of overall body conditioning, and more muscles balance in the arms.

  • well he did pull ups which works on the bicep and back so he does really need to do curls

  • I don't think you know much about basketball if you say it doesn't require strength...and in order to finish a lot of the moves he does on the inside while being pushed and tugged on..you can't be weak,kobe is not weak at all,you need the complete package to be the best,and that he is.
