I think the most important thing we can do now is ensure that there is a strong separation between church and state, and remain open minded about groups of people. Actually you have MOST of it correct, but american citizen & Naturalized citizens are different.
American citizenship can come to a foreigner that moves here and applies...or to some mexican Obama grants amnesty to.
Naturalized citizenship comes to someone that both parents were American Citizens at the childs birth...no matter where the child is born...for instance two soldiers serving in Germany have a child... The child is a naturalized American citizen.
What I'm saying is it doesn't matter where Obama's dad came from, because Obama was born in the US (or allegedly born). The parents birthplace only comes into effect if the child is not born in the US.
