Not sure if they do it differently now. I got it from checking the status online. Once they fixed it and it was being shipped there was a new number.

anyway since this podcast or video started in march 2008 when you got the xbox back did it give you anymore problems like did it get the red ring s again? please reply back coz when i get mines back and does the same thing again i would rather sell while it still works for a ps3 i guess. or buy a new 360 with less defective parts. please reply back i am in dire of an honest answer. thank you

i sent off my console in the beginning for June I havent played it at all in the summer yet, M$ sent it back on the 2nd of july and i have yet to get it back, it took 4 days to get there and I was hoping it would take 4 days to get back but no im pretty mad i wanna play some GH Asmith and battlefield bad company add me on Xbox Live at Humorus Prawn

Microsoft should have given you a tracking number of their own. You use that number once you log in on xbox website. and you should see the tracking number they have from whom ever they shipped back to you with. hope that makes sense.

I just got the ring yesterday, when I get to the point of sending it off, do you just send the box, not the wires hard drive etc etc.

you just send the xbox 360 console. make sure the hard drive is off and all the wires are off. just send the console!!

theyre gonna c if its the power supply thats the problem, bc when i talked 2 an agent he said that the reason why im having the red lights is bc the 360's hardware is malfunctioning or the power supply is screwing up.
