ok guys. music theory and ear training is almost essential when doing stuff by ear. it wil make things go by literally more than three times as fast because you reduce your guess work down to like 30 percent.

other than that, it would take me a year to learn this even on my precious experience of 3 years on guitar =(

HAHA don't feel bad dude, i pick things up by ear pretty easily, AND have 9 years of intensive study under my belt and STILL can't get this shit even close. becker was given an EXTREME talent by god, and very few people have it, everybody else(like us) has to bust their ass. but keep at it and one day you'll have it down i'm sure :-)

This is definitely awesome talent, but the Serrana arps are easier played the keyboard, rather than the guitar. All 1-3-5. The first hint would be that this is at a faster tempo than Becker played it, haha. Good job man!

And guitargod, just because you have two hands to play notes doesn't always mean it's easier. I mean when doing scales on a guitar, it's alot easier than doing scales on a keyboard.

It is alot easier to play on keyboard, but that's me lol. Arpeggio's are generally alot easier on keyboard than they are on guitar, shredding is harder on a keyboard in my opinion.

haha, i unno man id say, after playing both instruments, they take pretty much equal talent for arpeggios, though i would say that piano is a bit earier to learn. you should post a video on the uses of arpeggios and stuff, you seem to be extremely good with them.

Let me assure you, piano is easier in every way, unless your playing advanced counterpoint wich guitar is not so suited for. Shredding on guitar takes years of dicipline, practising both picking and fingering note articulation bends etc.. piano just push.

multitasking with your two separate hands is much harder.

some hard guitar soloes are extremely easy on piano (like fade to black) and some easy guitar parts are actually rather challenging on piano. This, however, would probably be much easier on piano that guitar.
