no, its just in the discription that u need to "master" jeet first. I mean it would be good to master jeet first because its alot like dragon, but all u have to do is get dragon. Oh cap and dragon are both real spam scrolls, depends on if u like to juggle (dragon) or just plain spam (cap) hope this helps :)

I would go with dragon since it offeres more combo variety for specific circumstances. Fighting at Moonlight? KP can do wonders here. Doing battle at china town KKPPK as well as the juggle and punch combo do well..as well lolz. Capoeira is good too but because of its combos or lacking of some its better to go with the Dragon.
