@rocketpropg Bullshit, the U.S. and it's allies enforced the no-fly zones over north and south Iraq to ensure that Iraq had to comply with the mandates laid out by the UN as part of a ceasefire agreement which ended the hostilities of the first Gulf War.

It's true to the fact that Saddam often used human shields so they could use it against the USA and it's allies. The same that Saddam used his own people as shields during Operation Desert Storm against U.S.-led coalition bombing campaign.
