I've tried many multi-desktop emulation programs for XP and Vista, and none of them performed well enough to me (this one too...). I'm really hoping MS will make it a core feature in Seven just like Apple did with Leopard: this is one of the reasons I prefer to use Linux for work.

To the folks who throw shit onto Linux, I'd try something before talking bullshit. I'm using all the OSes avaible and I like all of them in different ways: none's best, and Linux is not the worst for sure.

The reason why linux has such a small library of viruses is the fact that it's not a widely used OS compared to xp, if you can get the same amount of people using xp to switch to linux there will be more grayware, spyware, viruses, etc created for it. And there's other variables as well but let's not get into details shall we? =p but linux is a great os :3

About the virus and security problems, windows only change the version about 5 or 6 YEARS !

Ubuntu, changes the version with a LOT of security improvement in 6 months so if you find a virus you can sell it to canonical for a really good price and that's why ubuntu don't get virus.

The reason Linux has no virus issue is because it is based on Unix, which is designed to be inherently more secure than the junk M$ puts out.

user account control? i use windows xp pro x64. i would try and use Ubuntu only but i don't want to change my life. the diablo 2 ladder is resetting the 17th and i don't want to be without that game on that day. Microsoft may not "innovate" but they take others ideas and put them to good use to dominate.
