Its an interesting concept: take a nice quiet space where one can contemplate things that don't really matter and confuse the hell out of the person by playing this banal, monotone drawling and, quite honestly - silly soundtrack. Interesting that is, until it annoys you to within an inch of violence.
I could just leave a Laurie Anderson track playing on a loop and it would be the same...but cheaper.
