  • Steroids or not, this is still fucking awsome. Stop whining about steroids you fat fucks!

  • No matter how fucking perfect someone's form is, there's always one slimy troll who slithers from under his rock to spew his hatred. Dig hole. Jump in hole. Die in hole.

  • fake

  • VILKEN JÄVLA STRIKT FORM !!! tummen upp helt klart

  • nice man, most i ever benched was 405 and i needed a little tap to finish the press.

  • what's the name of the song?

  • @nissetheman1 Get low , lij jon or something like that :)

  • @TheZniper I know, but this is somekind of remix, that is the one I am looking for. Thanks for the answer anyway!

  • 5*15kgs(yellow plates) + 20kgs(blue plate) + 20kg(bar) = 210kg

  • nice... O.o

  • "Doing bench press today?

    "Nah brah, I'm doing bänkpress"

  • Steroids anyone? ;)

  • @FenderStrata jealous

  • @FenderStrata people like you piss me off. period. you've probably never gotten into working out and thus you assume that anyone who surpasses what you ever can achieve, you find a scapegoat such as steroids. this is not steriods, you can tell by veins not like fucking branches, and also by the strength of this guy. it's hard work, if you got into it, you could get there too

  • @larbizz1 Shut up u tit he so is on steroids, u talk out ur arse boy lol

  • @FenderStrata Swedish genes, anyone?

  • @FenderStrata Learn to feel happy for others instead of accusing them for something just because you're jealous.

You will make much more friends that way.

  • @Laurelindo Learn how to take a joke.. that's a good way to get friends too... jerk off..

  • @FenderStrata How do you know I wasn't partly joking myself? ;P

    It pisses me off

  • @ownagexx3 The truth is my friend, that this guy doesnt need a spotter or something like that. :D

  • @johanix97 if you lifitng that much weight you should always use a spotter,, its for your own safety...

  • I like that song.

  • 'Aint nuthing but peunuts? Is that his post-steroid testicles they are referring to?

  • so many jealous fat fucks here... lol.. fuck all u motherfucking haters stupid fucks... and for all the fat fuck that dislike this video; take daddys cock out of you ass and die.

  • @superman1987kk Im really jealous. I wish I looked like a fucking belgian blue bull and was able to lift a lot of things. Because being able to lift a lot of things is an essential life skill. If I could just lift a lot of things, I would be happy.

  • @hefnasty99

stfu u sarcastic fuck. We're built to work and lift things to survive, unlike your fat ass. Fat people are the weakest people on this earth, psychologically and physically. Go have a burger.

  • @tolmbyf0u As you are apparently a neanderthal, I am going to assume you have not yet realized that we have in fact seized to live in caves, and that in today's modern society being able to lift things is not an essential skill required to 'survive'. I am sure this realization will fill you with nostalgia for living like a caveman; I suggest that you do the second best thing and simply move to Africa and go tribal, as I am sure a man of your expertise is more sought after there. Happy hunting!

  • @tolmbyf0u for somebody with implied psychological "strength" you sure seem quite unstable.

  • @hefnasty99 you made me sad, now i'm gonna eat crap because i'm sad.

  • @tolmbyf0u ok, you little baby.

  • @hefnasty99 /cry

  • @tolmbyf0u So much for mental "strength", ;)

  • @hefnasty99 was just making fun of u fatty

  • @tolmbyf0u Im sure you were.

  • @markhoppusesG hahah! ;D

  • what song?

  • v impressive....so many fuckin useless jealous cunts here leavin dumbass comments.

  • Its not 462 pounds, the bar is not even bending..

  • I wonder if this dude needs a spot wiping his ass

  • @markhoppusesG dude, lets see you do it even with a spotter touching it with this much weight. quite being a bitch ass troll, and stop commenting.

  • back problems later in life

  • sick! :o

  • i have watched 3 videos in a row now thats been filmed by a calculator

  • when i look at the color of his head when he steps up, i think it nearly has blow up o.O

  • i have a 17 year old in my gym that takes 260 kg bench press :<

    I benchpress 90 Kg 4-5 times!!!

    Is that Good?!

  • @FuzzyJ4

dont worry about how much. just keep going and have good diet and train hard. dont worry about weights.

it took me 3 years to get to 315lbs (8-10)reps and it will probably need 2 years just to increase 25lbs and 5 years to get to 402 lol with steroids probably ....just dont worry u r good

  • @selathael i have 3 years And i dont want to stop,i'm adicted to bodybuilding already x)

  • vad heter låten ? :)

  • prefect form!!!

  • Yellow plates are 15kg, Blue plates are 20kg. (Olympic Lifting Plates.)

  • @garethsimons so 10*15 and 2*20, that's 190 :D

  • @18account190 plus 20kg for the bar = 210kg

  • hahah fake?

  • OMG this reminds me about the old Need for Speed <3

  • @SchoolKidz same lol! i had it on the nintendo DS! :P

  • The Bigger they are ! the Harder they fall !

at least when you kick them in the nuts :) only problem is that they can probaly out run you afterwards if you do´nt kick hard enough :(

  • clean

  • are these plates made of cheese?! why so many for 210 kgs!

  • @hakkenadventure Seems to be standard weights here in Sweden at smaller gyms. Big yellow rubber(?) plates = 15kg. Big blue rubber plates = 20kg.

  • @lcko haha yeah i know i figured that out later, yellow is 15 here aswell (Australia)

  • @hakkenadventure yellow ones are 15kg and the blue ones are 20

  • @hakkenadventure yellow ones are 15kg and the blue ones are 20

  • @hakkenadventure No, if they'd be made of cheeze, it would've been alot more plates...

  • @hakkenadventure guys do it in my gym... they'll stick on yellow plates because they look as big as blues or reds but you put more on...

  • @hakkenadventure Its loock more hardcore ;D !

  • @hakkenadventure it looks cool ;)

  • Did you record this with a potato?

  • fake the dude in the bakground helped

  • @tankfritt1 u have ever been to gym? .. that guy it`s just holding for ballance and for protection.. his help it`s very little

  • @ahmedgherasim being ironic

  • @ahmedgherasim though i know, very little pressure helps alot, been at the gym hundred times, though this is 210 kg, and him holding his fingers under maby makes up for 5 kilos, so it's still incredibly strong

  • @tankfritt1 obvious moron is obvious....its called "spotting" its incase the lifter cant bench anymore and needs someone to help him put back the weight so he doesnt crush himself....ahmedgherasim is also wrong.. spotters are not suppose to help the lifter lift as it is bad for the lifter

  • depends on the point of the cycle you are in. going to failure on a 3x5, 3x2rep, near the end of a 12wk periodisation schedule, and helping push to failure, can be really beneficial. go see some of dorian yates' training videos where he coaches up and coming bodybuilders ;)

  • CAN SOMEONE SEND ME THIS SONG!? awesome!

  • @tubenbosse lil jon - get low

  • @hellx159 no shit? i mean this remix!

  • steroides

  • can someone help me convert Kg to Lbs? nm got it on my phone. thank you technology. 551.5 lbs. or amuuurican as i like to say

  • @Daltonator1000 1 kg = 2.2 pounds

  • can someone help me convert Kg to Lbs?

  • @Daltonator1000 1kg is roughly 2.20lbs. That makes 210kg about 463lbs

  • candies :D

  • lol its the guy at the back lifting all the weight ofc

  • sweden is a country on roids, problem? tell us about it!

  • dude, you are the shit! :)

  • Incredible!

  • All that muscle for nothing!!

  • 210kg isnt that much for a "Super atlet" ... I know a guy whos rekord on 10 reps is 375kg.

  • @Hultakin Are you insane? World record is 488kg.

I highly doubt he did 10 reps with 375kg.

Unless he is Ryan Kennelly who's the record-holder.

  • why cant people realize that steroid dont build significant STRENGTH proportion to SIZE. For his size (from what i only can see) that is an amazing lift

  • @janekoman clearly you dont have the least idea what steroids do

  • sick remix and lift !

  • chuck norris does that..on a bad day

  • his description does say "Aint nuthing but peanuts!"

    I believe him

  • im scared...

  • its not roids you retards, he just eat alot of mayo...

  • Steroids or not, that looks just so damn impressive! There are plates all across the bar, congrats :)

  • when you take roids your not strong you get pumpt upp not strong so this guy dont use roids

  • @janekoman12 Where did you read that? On the backside of your mom? Steroids increases strength performance aswell.

  • @fredzxr no but On the backside of your mom

  • steroid steroid steroids...who gives a shit if he's on em or not. Just b/c you take em doesn't mean you're gonna get huge. You need to double you're food intake and make you're workouts twice as intense. If you're against em, then just stfu, b/c you're most likely a pussy ass weak bitch

  • why you want to get your balls smaller?

Get Low - dont remember the artist

  • @MaYoDt

The song is called Get Low by Lil (faggot) Jon and the east side boys.

  • hay echt stark .wie heist das lied ? ^^

  • Yes im so impressed that i forgot to say wow

  • God damned coon music

  • how the FUCK? Lousy powerform, extreme strength, nice work!

  • Starkt jobbat!

*thumbs up* :)
