  • Pag puyo mo oi. Dili magpalabi ug exag kay makaulaw.

  • tebow was born in the philippines it means he is a filipino american. wow!

  • Tebow and KC Concepcion is a good match...they can be beautiful couple...

  • he is so hot.!!

  • Tebow's heart is Filipino!

  • thanks for mentioning philippines, this is my honor to know u and surprise and we glad that u r very superstar in nfl... To God be the Glory, God bless you and continue love the Philippines. Mabuhay ka brow...

  • Ill have a few bottles of Red Horse with this guy

  • Filipinos loves you Tim Tebow for caring and for who you are. We believe in you that you will be a great quarterback and make it to the superbowl someday.

  • mahal kita!! salamat!

  • The media will criticize he's performance in the nfl and say something bad about him, but Tim Tebow will prevail and prove them wrong because he is a hard working guy and has the ability to improve in the years to come.

  • i never even liked footbal til tim tebow. he's a brother in Christ to me and i also consider him a filipino brother (in heart and birthplace). God bless all His faithful servants!

  • Even if Tim does not have Filipino blood, he possesses the Filipino soul-"resilient and never say die". Tim, you are one of us and we are proud of you :-)

  • Isn't it that Tim Tebow is a Filipino citizen having been born in the Philippines?

  • God bless you... God bless you, Tim Tebow. Salamat... so touched here... thank you

  • ThiagoAlvesFan, you may be right about Tebow not being a filipino by blood. However, it still makes him one by virtue of birth,...the same way a person with filipino roots becoming a natural born amercan citizen when or if they're born in the United States. With that, he can always lay claims 2 the fact that he's pinoy and even formally argue the rights of being allowed to buy properties,...even putting up businesses, if he desires so,...in the Philippines. Either way, pinoys should be proud.

  • @sagttarian I am a Filipino and I like Tim but...

Tim Tebow cannot be a Filipino

As of 2010, with no significant changes expected, Philippine nationality law provides that a person becomes a Philippine citizen by birth if that person was born on or after October 15, 1986 and at least one parent was a Philippine citizen on the birthdate;[3]

    see wikipedia for complete provisions

  • @ovalence the citizenship laws of the philippines have dramatically changed over the past decade. naturalization law passed in the early 2000's has paved the way for non filipino citizens from acquiring filipino citizenship. Even if he does not qualify outright for the same, he is eligible to get a permanent resident visa as a native born alien. from there, he may qualify to be naturalized after "n" number of years. there are a lot of laws. please do read up on them before generalizing

  • Just to make it clear, he's not Filipino by blood. He was just born in the Philippines coz his parents were serving as Christian Baptist missionaries.

Pero astig pa rin at tumulong sya. Naging fan lang ako ng Broncos nung napanuod ko game nila against the Vikings. Didn't even know he was born in the Philippines. Not that great at throwing the ball, but great in leading the team.=) Let's GO, Broncos!

  • Filipinos loves you Tim Tebow

  • @SnukkaFly tim tebow was born in makati medical center in manila accdg to his book "through my eyes". tim, just in case you're reading this i bought your book and i'm reading your book now and i love chapter 10 "getting my feet wet in the swamp". reading it on thanksgiving day yesterday. that chapter kinda explain how the game is played because i don't know football from adam. haha! 1 thessalonians 5:18 fits thanksgiving day as i read your book. actually learning from your book! awesome book!

  • I don't like Broncos at all. Majority of people here in Albuquerque likes this team. I am a Raiders fan but i respect this man.

  • Damn straight

  • he is a good man

  • Good for him, a lot of poor people in the Phillppines, people here don't realize eating everyday is a luxury for many especially in the southern provinces.

  • I didn't know that Tebow was born in the Philippines,...that's awesome! Now that I know this kind hearted fella is a filipino, I will be supporting him and whatever football team he's quarterbacking for. Mabuhay ka, Tim Tebow,...I'm absolutely positively certain that countless other filipinos like myself are very honored to have found out about the fact that a popular and yet caring sports figure like yourself is among us. God bless your kind heart and kudos 4 not forgetting your pinoy roots.

  • God bless you Tim and may you continue to soar!!!

  • So great to see him still hold the Philippines close to his heart! Definitely an honorary (and legal?) FIlipino. =D

  • does he like pacquiao or mayweather?
