@shaggyalonso as a convincing character, the wrestler himself was excellent. But, I think Rourke deserves less credit because that character is basically him in real life, so it wasn't really a stretch. hence i think an oscar is too generous. Do you reckon that's fair? Or is it just all about the character independent of the actor playing them to you? Hope I'm not about to be barraged by youtube anger :S

Now and then I agree entirely with Kermode... this is one of those instances. Feels nice :). Totally agree about Heath, media affected bias aside, he deserved it wether dead or alive. I do hope Downey Jr wins something in the near future though... simply cause he's a freakin legend lol.
