  • @killer94340 Thanks! and sorry for such a late reply xD

  • Man, I'm a crap playin guitar , i have only 6 months of play and I know how to do that tapping shit? WHY you did that fucking bastard tapp? you are fuckin best than me

  • If you've only been playing 6 months and you're already doing ANY tapping you're doing better than I have.

I've been playing for 6 / 7 years... don't beat yourself up over it, tapping is the least of your worries since as you develop better fretting technique and dexterity, tapping becomes easier...

    Jim,

  • @wj4m32 a good thing to work on when first starting guitar is theory

  • the tappiing is probably the easiest thing to do

  • pretty good notewise,

The only criticism I have is that you can put on a show and have a little more expression, but I do understand that you're focusing on those blazing triplets:)

    peace!

  • Sorry for the late reply...

Yeah, I'm very focues on technique and skills.

I've nothing to show off that would make a good show...

Unless you really do want to see, playing with teeth and bending notes...

Since, I'm not here to impress the eye but to please the ear by playing as accurate to the original, unless there is scope for improvsation.

    Jim,

  • how long u have been playing?

  • Sorry late replies ... about 6 years in total ...

  • you're only played for 4 to 5 yrs?and you're doin eruption?you are amazing man!cant do it with the same year..keep it up,you have a lot of time dude!! GODbless!! 5/5 2u!

  • Sorry for such a late reply!

Thanks for the rating and comment dude.

The only advice I can lend is sitting with the guitar correctly, starting nice and slow and then working on the speed once you've got all of it down.

Tools: Winamp + RoniMusic SlowMeDown is a useful tool if you prefer to play with the song slowly without loosing pitch :-)

    Also useful for ear training.

  • awsome :D w

  • Hmm, I'd say differnt...

    Quite inaccurate in many places.

I was just messing with Eddie Van Halen stuff

    and decided to hit Record.

I worked on the Tapping a bit now and getting the walk down the neck better - Just my fingers are causing me agro, so I haven't posted videos in ages.

Thanks for the comment mate ;)

    Jim,

  • the tapping is slightly wrong, and too fast, but still great job. 5/5, seeing as its practice.

  • Thanks mate

Yeah, I can't quite get the sequencing down on the tapping.

I thought that was the same Tempo of the song xD woops.

    Jim,

  • how long you been playing

  • Around 4/5 years,

I lose track of time... xD

  • Impressive but alittle too fast.

  • Cheers,

Yeah I've not perfected it :P

    Jim,

  • you can't say ibanez dosen't sound bad ass.

  • jim this is really really impressive

    ***** deffinatlly

    steve

  • Hey dude,

needs abit of work in places,

but thanks for the rating & comment mate.

    Jim,

  • Wich distortion is that? pls tell to me , pretty nice. =)

  • Hey there,

    I use a Multi-box a Boss ME-50.

    on the Distortion Settings@

    Type Selector: Metal (MT2)

    Drive (Gain): 9/10

    Bottom: 8/10

    Tone: 8/10

Hope that helps, Van Halen uses alittle bit of Delay but I choose not to when Practicing.

He also (in his early days) used Over Driven Amplifiers for his Retro Distortion.

    Jim,

  • wow,very good,5 stars man.Rock on!

  • Hey dude!

haha chanks for rating it :D

    cheers :)

    Jim,

  • Right, to see how you improve over the time is something useful and interesting. Or just to see and hear your practice session, because you get aware of new things you can improve on.

    Farewell Jim

  • Wow, thats some fast technique my friend. Get some parts more clean and you are done. That are just ***** stars.

  • yeah :D

    haha, cheers dude.

Tthanks for being honest and pointing it out.

I have a playlist now just for my practice and improvisation stuff. Sometiems it turns out well others don't.

Just trying to log/express how I improve / play and create really :)
