he always leave footprint...find that footprint and it could lead you to him...Use thermal goggles to see the footprint..

you can also tranq his parrot then throw it. the parrot will fly to the ends position squawking "grandpa grandpa!" just microphone the bird and follow the voice and just sneak up to the old fart

Yeah, in this game Snake goes through natural recovery, when he's not wounded or in a fight he slowly, but surely heals his health through out the game.
