Ryan had control of the splicers at first...then you kill him and fontaine takes control so its fontaine sicking the splicers on you

In Bioshock 2 you play as the first Big Daddy made( the prototype) he was cancelled and put into hybernation as he had free will, could use plasmids and was more expensive.
