i wonder about durian bread pudding....that would be interesting. esp. because i've never had durian before(always wanted to try it tho and still do!) but i heard it tastes like custard so, substituting the strawberry for durian would be very intersting indeed.

I made this last night...yummy! Then today took left overs (cuz I made a lot!) and mixed with whole Thai coconut and goji berries ice and blended...delicious in 100degree weather!

I can't seem to find fresh figs here in Prescott Valley AZ. Maybe I can go to the Farmer's Market in Prescott Saturday. I saw some in Costco.....but it was Costco. lol.
