That is all wrong.

The M21 and WA2000 are terrible for quick scoping because they lack the correct damage multipliers and can't OHK on the main body. Go either Barrett or Intervention (Barrett has more ammo and so is better for practicing, but Intervention is considered more "pro" because its longer fire rate makes accuracy a necessity).

You also don't want Bling because Sleight of Hand *Pro* is necessary to scope in quickly (unless you're using ACOG, a noob attachment on sniper rifles)
