By modernizing Africa and Africa having good relations with China, China creates a whole new consumer base in Africa, boosting their economy to unheard of heights.

China helps rebuild Africa, while U.S and European nations go bankrupt. You have to engage in infrastructure building to at least be recognized as a developing nation and the Chinese are helping accomadate that. If you don't trade resources with other nations you die economically plane and simple.

You praised such a cheating practice? China companies go anywhere including the US to do business and no one gives them problems, but if the US companies go to China, they face so many restrictions: must use local labors, must partner up with a local or govt company, must pay heavier taxes. Posetive, when they actually invest in Africa, building infrastructure, etc, but would chineserna do it is if it is not good for them?. Of course not.you have to see that they are actually buying up African land, but also in other parts of the world to ensure food for their own people. If they wanted to take over Africa, they would behave like the Europeans and the relationships between the African and Chinese are a lot better than the relationships between Africans and Europeans.
