I don't get it, you're sending people your own ads right? So how exactly can they have opted-in for ads for the arbitrary products you're selling?

They opt in to email lists, to sell their own products, with the agreement that they will receive return emails from other list members.

So basically the people who are on the lists are only on it so they can advertise. What then is the chance that they will even look at the emails you send them?
