  • OMG! Your juz like me can't play without puffing

  • there's nothing wrong with puffing out your checks if anything it will help with not being sharp and better articulation.

  • Good, just dont puff your cheeks so much. I'm excited. Our concert is 12/9/11. I play tuba also.

  • hey this sounds nice :)

  • @sasukeprodictionsinc

ccool were in the same grade c:

  • @sasukeprodictionsinc

    what grade are you in??

  • @mikey909080 I'm now a softmore in high school.

  • Great, now don't puff your cheeks.

  • @CaptinAwesome15 Yet again, I've stopped that.

  • @jarfullofjellybeans8 Sorry I didn't wanted to offend anyone.

  • What do you think on mexicans using Tuba in most of there songs? Would you ever play for a mexican band?

  • @isaias1679 Okay shut up. That has nothing to do with any of this.

  • @Jarfullofjellybeans8 Be nice. All comments are welcome.

  • @isaias1679 Um...I think it's great that the culture spreads. And maybe.

  • What inspired you to become a tuba player?

  • @Davidt33 Well, I wanted to be in band, and none of the other instruments really appealed to me. I tried playing the tuba, and it just came naturally to me. I enjoy it too. I love band, and my teacher, Mr. Scott, has inspired me to become a band teacher.

  • How long have you played the tuba and what ensembles do you play with?

  • @Davidt33 I've been playing for about 3 and a half years now. I'm also in marching band. I play with Lapel, but last year I was an Anderson Indian Marching Highlander.

  • Hey, thanks for your YouTube appearance.. Great! You should be highly commended for doing it and encouraging other young tubists. . . . the only catch is ( who is your teacher? ) It is considered to be a NO NO to allow a tuba player to learn to play with their cheeks puffed out. I think you have great potential. Keep up the good work. Tuba Ed

  • @chased67 Thanks, My first band teacher was Mr. Myron Taylor and Mr. James HandShoe, then I transfered to Lapel after my 7th grade year where Mr. Greg Scott was my teacher, then half way through 9th I went to Daleville under the teachings of Mrs. Arron Stout, now I'm back in Lapel. But this past summer I was taught in marching band under Mr. Brad Milliman.

  • @sasukeprodictionsinc I know that now, and I've stopped.
