Maire Brennan, one of the nicest, kindest, & adorable women I've ever met. I truely love her. Her voice makes me melt, & her harp playing is just exquisite. When she played 'Lady Marion' the last time I saw Clannad, I cried. oxox
@benryan100 I like Moyas´songs too, especially Oró and Tir Na nOg [Land of youth],I´m from Brazil,I´m trying to learn the Irish language, its so beautiful,Music is the universal language of emotions!!
@neodralireland by oró do you mean oró sé do bheatha abaile?
i agree with you (: music really does bring alot of people together hah well im almost fluent irish or gaeilge in the actual language, if you want i could teach you a few sayings like
dia duit- pronounced (jeeya ditch) which means hello
@neodralireland That makes two of us. I've been trying to learn Irish too (my passion for it came thanks to Clannad), but I've found it quite difficult as it is very different from the languages I know.

Her name, for anyone interested is spelled Moira, i.e. Moy-ah. She and Enya both sang with Clannad. Both have breath taking voices.
