  • @Lavendell:: Interesting - and very very nice, I cannot help think that it shows how much musicality means when one has the motoric (the fingers) working well, as you certainly have in guitar-playing. Awesome that you also play piano!

    Just a self-evident observation:

Some acoustic pianos are *not* better - it is so expensive to keep in tune, if you can not tune yourself! Then again, the electric pianos come in many shapes and qualities. Sometimes wonder how (not so) far they have come today.

  • This is impressive. I'm an intermediate player and will try this in another year or two.

  • BRILLIANT! You say "trying" -- you are obviously underselling yourself! Fantastic job, fantastic job.

  • you didn't finish it :P

  • preety good for such a great guitar player....wish you the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Simply Beautiful. Very graceful :)

  • im attempting this piece.. someday i'll get it.. when i learn how to play the piano :) hah. but seriously, you're amazing, i hope i can be as good as you someday

  • @lovesong78

Thank you very much for your kind words! :)

  • NOT FAIR MARCUS..NOT FAIR >_< you can't own me in BOTH guitar and piano LIKE THIS...hahahahahahaaha wonderful...wonderful...i wish to see more of you my friend..peace

  • Simply beautiful!

  • thank you for pausing a for a second around 1:21 !!! nobody seems to do that, and in most Cd's and recordings there is a pause. just awesome song, amazing and very well done.

  • Crossing over is no sport!!

It is well possible to play naturaly, demands

very good control, lots of practice of Chopin

10 2 in order to make out clear accents just

by moving right hand pinky. It works, I´ve

    tried it! Anyone else?

  • Very nice sense of musicality :)

  • The original score has Latin abbreviations indicating those notes which requiring hand-crossing.

  • i dont think the score says it, but it makes playing it A LOT easier if you do cross your left hand over

  • you can tell which notes to play with the left hand in the third stave because the stems point down. the notes with the stems pointing up should be played with the right hand.

  • beautiful...

  • dude i cant even tell that theres sloppy notes. this is awesome. im trying to learn this right now and this is the best vid ive seen so far by someone that is like a professional.

  • how long have you been playing? ive been playing for eight years and i want to know if i should try or if its way out there

  • Always try. Then you'll see if you can play it or not. Several times it doesn't have with the number of years you are playing. I know a person that plays for 10 years and cannot play Mozart's Rondo a la Turka (now that's inexcusable!). So try it.

  • wow, nice playing

I just started learning this, can't get the fingering right, I always seem to get one note short

Tempo has been annoying me as well xd

/ will be using your playing as reference, hope you don't mind...

  • nice...i'm trying to learn this, but the left hand part in the beginning is so hard to play fast.

  • WOW ur piano skills blows me away 0.0 omg i would kill to have ur skills. (not really kill) lol. but WOW! IM AMAZED UR AWESOME! i think i have to practice another 30 years to play like you. lol XDD

  • Your fingering is interesting and allows you to control difficult passages fluently.

  • you play piano too!! you really are my idol! ahah

    Great job!

  • Hi, I'm learning this piece and I loved the way you played it ^^ !!

Can you tell me how long did it take you to learn this part of the piece ? =)

Thanks for sharing your beautiful music with us !! =]

  • Thank you koubache :)

I can't really remember how long time I worked on this part, but I think I learned the whole song in 4 or 5 weeks. (BUT I never managed to play it perfect though) :)

  • oh btw, try not to stab at the piano with your right hand in the B section, it gives the feeling of harshness, and it doesn't look purrty. haha.

  • learn how to spell "pretty"

  • this is very good, but take a little more time when you have a ritard, it'll give the piece a little more emotional feel. =]

  • Not Bad.

  • Didn't know you played piano as well, Marcus :P You're a musical multigenious ^^

  • how do you rate a digital piano vs an acoustic one? sometimes I regret buying an acoustic one.. so pls tell me that acoustic pianos are still better :D

  • Thanks guys for you comments :)

    @teccomin

Acoustic pianos are much better, imo.

  • that was so good and ur exactly were im up to in plying that piece the next bit has the arpegios from hell swear

  • Marcus you'r hearing is truly remarkable to hear flaws in that, but that's just one of the aspects that make you such an incredible musician!

  • lol ur a musical genious music just flows out you marcus good job!

  • Brilliant work Marcus!!

    Both guitar and piano,true master!!

  • I know one guy that plays guitar, sings, plays piano, and writes music. God poured out much talent into his lap. Michale Sweet from Stryper. To bad he's into the false christian movement, Maybe one day he'll find "THE TRUTH". There's only one, ya know. Don't ya know ? Marcus you have wonderfull talent. My hats off to ya.
