@ix3Candiix98 Well, first of all even if you don't see results on the scale you are getting results. The workouts begin on the inside and work their way out, you are strengthening your heart, your lungs, your muscles, you are increasing blood flow, eliminating stress, burning fat away from you organs and stimulating your metabolism. Remember working out it not a short term goal, it is a lifetime commitment so stay the course!

@ilovensk10 What do you mean no results. Are you feeling better, getting stronger, have more energy. Sometimes the results manifest on the inside before you see them on the outside. Working out and eating healthy is the only way to stay in shape. You have to be committed no matter how long it takes :)

tiffany, when is the best time of the day to do your workouts? i do mine about an hr after i wake up and have breakfast. should i do them at the end of the day to burn off all the calories that i ate? please let me know!
@ilovensk10 Working out in the morning is great because you make sure you get it done and it is a great way to start the day. Most days I work out twice, morning and evening because I like to burn more calories in the evenings too. So yes, you can do both!
hey im using my boyfriends account im sa i have scholiosis and i found my exercises boring and i was afraid to do aerobics but im doin ur videos for 2weeks now and my back pains have gone completely thanks so much im addicted to them i do it every night when my babies are asleep is it bad to workout everynight for 30 to 45mins :) i just want to get my core mucles working again after having one baby after another age 1 and 2

@GlamourDanielle the first week I was so sore, but now it doesn't effect that much anymore. So I'll do every video at least 3 times, and I'll work out for 1 hour 5 days a week. I've already started. You do too, and when the summer comes... BOOM, we gon' have a hot, tighten body ! ;)
@gincelocent If you are so sore that it's just too difficult to do the workouts it's fine to take a break. when i started the workouts i hurt then i took a couple of days off and then i started doing them again and it doesnt hurt anymore - you just feel a tightening and tone feeling in your body. you get results straight away! :)

I decided to dedicate half an hour everyday to exercise and your workouts are really fun to do.
