  • the standard when it comes to idea of strong foundations in basic tricks.

in comparison to all ive seen old and new Ben Brown still remains to be my favorite.

  • oh my God! this Song sounds exactly like Limp Bizkit - Pollution!! O_o

  • Man, came to watch this after watching 2011 loopkicks battles...Ben Brown is by far the few that have SUPER clean basics.

  • this guys is bad ass

  • daamn..

his btwists dont even need dip...

  • I saw the original video by Bilang on vimeo and wow, i've got to say that THIS music is much better than the original... good job.

  • awsome!

  • Ben Brown is like the prometheus of tricking. He stole the weightlessness from the gods of physics and gave it to the tricking community.

  • i would not even say that he is only doin "old school" stuff...ok an aerial is old school but his combos are still comparable with martial arts tricks today.

  • getting tired of youtube asking ppl to change their music...this song doesn't catch the intensity of the sampler. ben brown is the man!

  • wtf .. your kicks are unbelivable

  • WOW, i like the speed and intensity! Great stuff!

  • lmfao, when he aerials, his ENTIRE torso stays COMPLETELY still. amazing lol. wish my aerials were like that

  • Ben brown--one of the few people who could jacknife you in the face and be successful

  • omg his kicks

  • man i wish i could do all that stuff.

  • yes

  • his long legs make his aerial look so smoothhh =).. awesome..

  • whats the name of the song?

  • "This is Not" by Static X

  • lol nice looks like always lands with ease... nice btwists

  • love this sampler! this is a classic! does anyone know where the tribute sampler is?

  • I am an OLD friend of Ben's from Missouri and I was hoping to get in touch with him. If anyone has his email or anything please let me know! I promise I'm not some crazy person... Thanks!

  • I'll bet the guys at Loopkicks can help you out. Send them a message on YouTube, their channel name is "Loopkicks".

  • @AZwildcatNU he teaches at finneys mma in st louis

  • one of the cleanest, fastest and most powerful trickers out there!

  • I wonder where Ben is these days, I haven't seen him in years. Certainly clean forms, I used to train with him and he was all about getting maximum force with fully extended legs and arms. Flash kick his hips 8 feet high I tell ya!

540, Jack-knife, 720- my favorite combo from him.

  • I read on a website somewhere that he doesn't practice most of the things he is doing in this video anymore. He said that he is strictly practicing martial arts techniques only. It sounded like he was only focusing on "fighting techniques" now. I guess the difficulty of the moves in this vid helped with his training but he seems to have moved on from them. He is either in California or Missouri? He said he was still training hard though.

  • i can do better xDDDDD

    this men the GOD

  • "REAL" martial artists? And, what makes you think that Ben Brown is not a "real" martial artist? Do you know him? Of course you dont. It is just your assumption. What makes you think that Ben Brown "associates flips with fighting"? Do you know this to be true or are you speculating?

Congratulations, you and hundreds of other people have seen a video of him. That doesn't mean you know anything about him.

Don't presume to question him as a martial artist. You dont know him or.....

  • or his thoughts on the martial arts. For a "real" martial artist you certainly seem to be narrow minded.

Is your Roundhouse Kick better than the ones in this vid? If your answer is no, then I would watch your words, friend. Until you have met him, you don't have the right to imply that he is any less of a martial artist than you. He's probably much more of a martial artist than you. FACT: You don't know because you don't know him.

KempoKombatant, you need to assume less and train more.

  • he's rretty fcking good

  • holy s**t

  • wow thats amazingly good!

  • THIS was the sampler that got me into tricking and still serves to be my favorite sampler.. such a great example of clean MARTIAL ARTS TRICKING!

Haha, now I'm pumped to trick right now!

  • terada is not training for a looong time. some years ago he was the best

  • hahaa!

i love when people talk this nonsense.

1)gung fu/wushu, taijustu, and capoeira are all ancient martial art styles (older than kenpo =) dating back hundreds of years in origin.)

2)guess what?! there are flips in all the above mentioned styles.

3)there are flips incorporated in certain kicks in taekwon-do as well.

    go do your research buddy.

  • HAH well done kiba540 - clearly owned xD i second you.

  • And i third!!

  • @kiba540 man thank you for that, i hate it when people talk as if they are all MA's masters on the interenet...makes me lol

  • hey thanks for doing your job, being todays asshole. Keep up the good work.

  • sorry that was for kempoKombatant not Mr. Brown.

  • yer man. i love the cheat 720 hook or whatever it is in the parking lot. i something like it from a different cheat start and on the other leg. video comin out soonish....

  • damn there needs to be more footage of ben.....

  • i completely agree

  • Love the speed. Your style is just... fucking great

  • Damn...technique is clean and fast

  • i will learn to do this:)
