These sports nuts are so lost...they are totally pointed in the wrong direction following anything that is "round" - I am becoming more and more ashamed of America's lust for sports. It's so un-important.

@gomitch2 I hear you, Bro. I, like you, am a missionary - to Brazil - and this idolatry of sports is global. Former Argentine player and recent coach Diego Maradona actually is considered a "god" by some of his countrymen! You can see grown men crying in the stands when their favorite football/soccer team loses. That's one reason evangelists need to be meeting these voracious crowds with the sobering Word of God, don't you think?
