  • jennifer lopez look alike

  • so lovely lady:)

  • why do you bounce your legs? are you using momentum to give you the extra push to lift that weight at the starting point?

  • I'm 13, 1,000% natural and can arm raise with almost 100lb dumbbels in each arm.

For real, I have the vid.

  • @AndyHarglesis 1% natural lol

  • sexy women

  • @amathew711 hey RELAX dude, I meant well and not to put down anyone. I am a regular at the gym and have done my fair share of rehab for a bad shoulder due to poor form in the past -that's why I am particular. Holding it vertical is alright, but if done properly with an overhand grip you shouldn't feel discomfort at your joints -and you will not discount flexibility over strength conditioning. In fact I advocate compound exercises because I am a martial artist. Do what you feel best either way...

  • Michelle Trapp.

    Suiting.

  • that isnt the proper way to hold the weight..hold it vertical, less stress on the joints folks.

  • @amathew711 she's doing it right... use a lower weight if you feel strain on your joints.

  • Look at those ARMS!!

  • what are you guys talking about, she knows what she's talking about. it's all about FORM FORM FORM, that's the best advice when you're starting out

  • too bad for a certified trainer that she dont know how to do proper arm raises.

    first: dont lock your arms

the key here is to raise your arm like you pour the water from the bottle (the weight is the bottle) and do this with closed legs

  • @Djboogie26 Do you really think she'd be a "Certified trainer for GOLD'S GYM if she didn't know what she was doing?!" You must be clueless. Let's see your arms, then. "LIKE" this just to sucker punch this guy.

  • she is one of the best trainer iIhave ever seen , I wish she could be my personal trainer , any one as any idea where she is ?

  • Actually on both raises, the wrists should be below the elbow. You should be able to feel the shoulder A LOT more.

  • @birdy808 you mean as in flexing the wrist downwards when the arm is at shoulder height?

  • I disagree. Straight arms puts stress on the elbows. Arms should have a slight bend.

  • Does anyone know, are these a good substitute for "dumbbell side raises"--that's the one where you're holding the dumbbells thumbs up with arms bent in front of you then you raise the arms to shoulder length?

  • if you unfocus your eyes just right and make it blurry she looks exactly like a dude.

  • She has a fantastic body and its great inspiration.

  • she is a long neck.. you can see the difference from the neck to face.

  • she is a very good trainer.. so clear instructions

  • @1msammy shes awesome one of the best on youtube

  • @1msammy

she is very good and i like the handy tips in how to tuck the old meat and veg in like she does

  • c' mon... she looks great

  • She has awesome arms!

  • It's easier to get a good contact with the muscle on the lateral raises if you visiulize trying to reach the walls on each side =)
