wow I don't know how this lasted more than a minute it just comes down to bend your knees, put your arms to the side, jump up, spin your arms whatever way you want to do the 360 (right or left) and spin the rest of your body as fast as you can and land leaning forward to absorb momentum if your going off something high.

That should've only took about 30 seconds at most.
