its under the career rewards or something. You have to be really high in the medicine career or something. But you can just type in unlockcareerrewards with no spaces.

yh u have to get to a certain stage in the medical proffesion b4 they give it to you but if you cant be bothered wiv tht thn just do ctrl+space+c nd ur dialogue box will appear allyou have to do is type "unlockcareerrewards" nd ul find it in the career rewards section thn ur all set :)
