the first step is knowledge. realizing it and spreading the info. the more people who hear about it, the more people become aware of it. changing their lifestyle and preparing. while watching the news, you'll end up being able to 'read between the lines' and not get sucked into it as easily. in your own time you, personally, will figure out what you should do and take it from there. but always be keeping up with info.

The human soul on the other hand needs to be cleansed away from all the darkness meaning all evil and the evil is everything that makes a human being want to kill and destroy rather than love and build/create. Not creating Weapons of Mass Destruction that is. I think we need to look deep inside ourselves and even outside to get a solution or maybe not.
