very interesting video...I just bought the Drift HD170...and oddly...I have a very similar camera history to yours...I first started with the same Panasonic you have, then went to a hard-drive based JVC camcorder, then went with the Kodak Zi8, then with the Creative Vado, and finally I got the HD170...and couldn't be happier :)

Great video!!! The VIO POV1.5 was my first camera... Loved it a lot... Wouldn't get anything else till I found the Drift HD170 Stealth... I like to call it the "Poor Man's VIO". BTW, I enjoy your vids...

I have yet to see the perfect vlogging camera...Kodak V570 had the best sound and pic at the time it was out. I wish it would have evolved into a HD setup.Too bad Shoei and Kodak don't hook up and do a vlogging helmet. Integral camera in chin bar with rear facing camera in back speakers in ear pockets and mics on either sid of mouth/chin area.
