If people have to build more & more houses & hotels, they should be as low impact to nature as possible. Low carbon footprint that blend with nature not destroy. There are many many housing/hotel alternatives for these types of projects - if you have to build here think about that before doing so or you will end up with just another white villa/pool boring landscape. Sustainable using the local materials is the ONLY way to develop.

If u are goin' 2 THIS PARADISE please dont stay by the citty of P. delgada U need to make sure that u go to Candelardia Furnas Terra nostra park Sete cidades Nordeste Lombadas (this place is awesome!! ) Ferreiria Vila franca A good Restaurant at Ponta delgada :'' Sao Pedro'' it stays near Sao Pedro's Chearch oh and u got to see Azores cattle dog And to try azorean tea ,etc If u want to know all the azores islands u will need at least 2 months to see almost everything

Tourists are going to destroy the azores, the EU is already destroying it! Fight for a Free Portugal.

Azores is the only islands in the world still mostly untouched by tourism. Keep it natural and pure!

I am originally from Ponta Delgada, Azores. Have returned a few times.  The island is beautiful. Azores thought by some to be remains of lost continent of atlantis, along with other locals such as Madeira Islanda, Canary Islands, Santorini and Bahamas. Enjoyed the video, makes me want to return again.
